I aim to ensure that all of my customers are happy with each and every purchase. If you have any questions or problems, I will be more than happy to try to work out a prompt resolution. Unfortunately returns and exchanges are not accepted for bath and body products or candles due to the consumable nature of these products, however if a product arrives damaged, I will issue a refund. Photos of the damaged product will be required within 14 days of delivery, before a refund can be issued.
All orders will be packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days of the original order date.
If necessary, please request any cancellations within 12 hours of purchase.
