1. Declare the Day a Win
Forget what went wrong. Declare victory. Brushed your teeth? Victory. Didn’t scream at the dishes? Victory. You get to decide what counts.

2. Make Chaos Look Intentional
Throw on that shirt that makes you feel like a Renaissance prince in a rom-com. Spray that over-the-top scent. Use glitter irresponsibly. Live loudly.

3. Indulge in a Tiny Treat
Whether it’s a lusciously scented soap or a candle that smells like a sugar-dusted spell, let your senses pull you back into your body.

4. Laugh on Purpose
Read something ridiculous. (Like this.) Watch a video of a goose honking at people. Let yourself cackle.

5. Remember: You're the Magic
You are the sparkle in the stew, the fizz in the fizzbang, the reason your own life has any magic at all. Never forget it.
